How is Enterprise priced?: Annual contract with a base platform fee plus volume tiers. Most studios and platforms land between $30,000 and $250,000 per year depending on monthly scan volume, custom jurisdictions, and deployment mode (cloud vs on-prem). We will scope from your actual usage on a 30-min discovery call.
Do you sign DPAs / SOC 2 / Vendor questionnaires?: Yes. We'll execute your DPA, complete vendor questionnaires, and walk through our security posture on the discovery call. SOC 2 Type II is in progress; we can share the in-flight controls list and target audit date under NDA.
Can we run on-prem?: Yes. The detection pipeline ships as a Docker compose deployment requiring 1× NVIDIA GPU (A10 or better) per ~10 concurrent scans, plus Postgres and Redis. We also support deploying inside your AWS / GCP VPC with no public ingress.
How do you handle the source content?: Default cloud retention is 12 hours for raw media and 30 days for generated reports. Enterprise can override both — including immediate deletion after scan, KMS-encrypted at rest, customer-controlled keys.
What's a typical onboarding timeline?: Cloud: 1 week from contract to first scan. On-prem: 2-4 weeks depending on your hardware and security review. We provide a Slack channel with our engineering during the first 30 days.
